Timely shipping is crucial to our loyal customers and our goal is to ship orders in 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping methods will ship the same business day if placed before 11:00AM EST. Please note that any expedited shipping options chosen after 11:00AM EST will ship out the next business day. Whenever an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone. Please be aware that all expedited shipping options do not include Saturday delivery. Please call us to schedule orders for Saturday delivery.

Note: During peak holiday times we work seven (7) days a week to achieve our demand, some delays may cause an overall increase in shipping times.

Shipping Rates:

Most of our shipping rates are free, with the exception of international and large bulk orders. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates and methods can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping. For bulk orders, there is a large amount of packaging material that is used to ensure items are shipped safely to the customer and our shipping rates are reflective of those packaging and handling rates. We have very competitive shipping rates and you will find in most cases our rates are dramatically favorable over the competition. We’ve established long-lasting relationships with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. With this, we can pass the discount unto our customers. If you wish to schedule your own LTL/freight or we can handle the logistics and invoice for larger orders

International Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for Import duties, taxes, and charges.

When will I get my order?

Clauson Naturals fulfills orders from South Florida. Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive in 1-5 business days after it processed and received by the carrier. After submitting your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order. Next day and 2nd day options are available upon checkout (rate will be based on weight and location and you will receive the best rates you can get. Please note that all Alaska and Hawaii orders are not able to be expedited and will take between 5-7 business days to deliver from our warehouse once shipped.
