Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are enjoying our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We want you to LOVE Clauson Naturals and the products you ordered. You can return any product(s) for any reason, up to 90 days after your purchase. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the items.

We strive to responds to all inquiries in a timely fashion. Due to the influx of demand, please allow us 1-2 business days to respond to your request.
All returns must be requested within 90 days of the purchase date, and accompanied by proof of purchase / receipt. All returned items must be unfinished [not be 100% used or empty], include the original product container, and with all original labels attached. Finished/completely used/empty products and containers are not acceptable as returns for refunds or exchanges. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns.

Hand sanitizers are non-refundable.
To return an opened item, please contact customer service at 888-305-7914 or email us at [email protected] You will be issued an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number for your return, that you will need to use as part of your return shipping label [See below for example]. After receiving refund or exchange approval, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address issued in your RMA number.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and evaluating the concern / condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a refund or exchange. We will need these products to be sent back to us for quality assurance, use the address below to send us the products.
